Looks like the final 20 minutes of OotP will be in 3D in IMAX theaters:
“IMAX Corporation and Warner Bros. Pictures today announced that select scenes of the IMAX DMR(R) version of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix will be digitally converted into An IMAX 3D Experience(R).”
Both the 3D and the regular versions will be released in theaters on July 13, 2007.

I am a big fan of the harry potter movies but i miss out on many things coz i live in Zimbabwe in the continent of Africa sometimes the movies are late and sometimes u cant enter competitions coz it gets to u after a long period of tme
Please do something for there are many people like me

so will the whole movie be in imax with 20 min of 3d or will it just be the last 20 min of the movie in 3d imax?

I wish I could do something about movie distribution in Zimbabwe – unfortunately I have no control over that at all

As for the 3D – it sounds like just the last 20 minutes to me.

hey Jessica Imax IS 3D i go to one every saturday and an imax is a dome 3d screen the entire thing or none will be in imax 3D oh and Hie, i am a rebel and you just gave me a cause. thanks
